The goal of the System implementation is to streamline Direct Customer Bookings and Booking Distribution System. Workflow of the System is as follows.

Customer comes on your website to generate Quick Quotes.

System generates and displays Quotes instantly.

Quote is visible in the Admin Dashboard provided to the Operator.

An Email is also sent to the customer with the quotes, in case customer wants to pay later.

Once the Customer makes the Payment, a Booking is generated and a confirmation email is sent to the Customer.

The operator has the capability to Accept or Reject the Booking.

Once Accepted, the Operator now can Send the Booking to the Mobile Application installed on the Driver’s Phone.

The driver can Accept or Reject the Booking. Once Accepted, the Driver can now access Customer information and Trip details.
