Within next few Hours, you will be registered with us and you will receive your Login Credentials on your email. You can easily setup the Pricing with the User-Friendly interface.

Q. How much time does it take for the initial setup?
Not Too Long! However, it totally depends on your requirement.
Q. How Secure is the System?
Our System runs on a 256 Bit Encryption and 2048 Bit Root Keys, which is the latest Comodo Security Service Layer Encryption. Additionally, for the additional protection of your data, our Agreement contains a Non-Disclosure Agreement, which ensures that your Customer Data cannot be used by other users.
Q. What are the Payment options for my Customers?
You may use any Merchant of your choice. We use Payment Express as a Gateway. Once you come onboard, we link your Merchant ID with Payment Express Gateway so that your customers can use Credit Cards and Debit Cards. Additionally, your customers can also use Direct Deposit, Cab Charge or Cash to make the payment.

Q. How does it work?
The System has a Responsive Retail Form that can easily be integrated with any Website, thus, allows Customers to Send the Booking Request and get the quotations instantly online. The System has an Admin Dashboard that allows you to Manage/Accept/Decline the Booking Request. The Credit Card information of the customer is processed for $1 as Authorization and the rest is only debited once the operator has accepted the Booking Request. Once the Booking Request is accepted and dispatched, it would be transferred to the Mobile Application provided by us for the Driver. The System allows you to add Cars with their Reg. Details, Color, Picture, Luggage Capacity, Seating Capacity, Extra Luggage Cost, and Extra Stop Penalty (if any).
Q. What features does the Driver Mobile Application have?
The Application allows the Drivers to Accept or Reject the Bookings, subjected to their availability. The Drivers can check their Pay Outs for any specific Date Range. Drivers can also put Leave Requests in the Mobile Application which is then received by the Operator to be Approved/Declined.
Q. What happens when I Reject a Booking?
Once rejected, the customer receives an email about your unavailability and gets notified about rejection of booking. However, the system allows you to share the Booking with other operators who are using the same System.
Q. Do I also get a Customer Mobile Application?
Not as of now. However, we will soon be launching Mobile Application personalized for every operator that will be available on both Android and iOS. This will help retain the customer for a longer period of time giving repeated business.
Q. How do I setup pricing?
We help you to setup the Initial setup of the System. The System allows you to setup Pricing and Penalty on the basis of Area, Date, Venue, Distance, Per Hour, Peak/Off-Peak Times. The System allows you to setup Custom Pricing for Formal and Wedding Transfers. The System allows you to setup Pricing for ‘Extras’ demanded by Customers during the Booking and can be segregated as per the Car.
Q. Does my customers get personalized experience?
Yes! We help you to configure different email templates with your Brand Name that are automatically sent to the customers upon a specific action.
Q. How is the distance calculated?
The System has Google™ Maps API for generating Most Accurate Calculations. Our uniquely designed Distance Calculator provides the distance calculation on the basis on Shortest Route, which gives similar results over and over again.
Q. How do I manage my Drivers?
The System allows you to add ‘Drivers’ with their Address, License Number, License Expiry Date, ABN Number, Driver Type, Pay Scale, Contact Number and Email Address. You can setup ‘Drivers Pay Scale’ as per the Car. The System allows you to generate ‘Drivers Pay Report’, which helps you t pay the Driver seamlessly.
